 | Here you will find information about the realm you are entering, please read before posting, it may help you make your way around the site while role playing. Although this is a free range site, there is a preset basic story that covers every bit of land within this realm. As the site progresses so will this story, as a member and role player you will play a part in the outcome of this kingdom. Whether it be chaotic or peaceful, that is solely up to you as the player.

| Draiocht Academy is located just to the East of the holy temple Esterley. This is a school of pure magic; here you can choose the path of light or darkness. For here it is believed that magic can neither be good nor evil since nature itself is neither good nor evil. This academy holds no sides with the rivalry between Valden and Fallhurst and will offer aid to either side according to the path of the chosen wizard, necromancer, witch, sorcerer, sorceress, or enchantress. Please don't be shy, come and enjoy the beauty that magic has to offer.

| This academy houses some of the biggest fighting bullies known throughout this land. They believe in power, and crushing those that would oppose that said power. They lack honor and loyalty and are often given to tempers that would rival that of any warlord. They are in natural rivalry towards the Fallhurst Academy; and the students can often be found vandalizing their rival schools courtyards at mostly every turn. This is located West of Belwyn Lake; and is the scourge of the neighboring villages.

| This Academy believes in chivalry over brute force, they do not believe in just attacking in blood lust or twisted delight. Violence is never first resort, they tend to act with diplomacy. Also known as 'white knights'. They are the natural rivals of the Fallhurst academy; and although they are mostly taunted by their peers from their rival schools, they always tend to react with dignity and honor. This is located just East of Belwyn Lake and are greatly adored by the neighboring towns.

| Belhaven is one of the few respectable villages still thriving in this land. It's located by a harbor and receives most of it's income via the trading and fishing industry. The locals do not take kindly to riffraff and those that come into the village looking for trouble, usually find themselves weeks in the stocks.

| Shademoor is a village located in the middle of the Wildemead Forest, unlike Belhaven this is where you will find the thieves, murderers and other sorts of miscreants that were chased out of other counties. This would also be a wonderful place for a bounty hunter to find it's bounty or for someone to locate an assassin for hire. The locals have no morals nor self-pride, so please don't expect open hospitality within this area.

| | Welcome one and all to The Tangled Vine Tavern! Placed in the most eastern part of town, The Tangled Vine Tavern is home to the lowest of citizens. Do be careful around the regulars in the tavern, for you may leave without body parts that were there before. The owner implores you to at least be courteous and follow the rules that are posted inside of the tavern.

| Merriston is a village that surrounds itself with magic for protection. Here you will find mages, faeries and all sorts of 'mythical' folk. They welcome all weary travelers to rest their tired forms within their city gates, they just recommend you do not upset a local for no sympathy will be shown if you're turned into a toad. The village is located just south of Fallhurst academy, and quite often the cities cobblestone streets are brimming with students from that acclaimed institution.

| The epitome of desolate, the Empty Space lies in the farthest northern reaches of Elysmeria, and offers no more refuge and safety than a dragon’s lair, perhaps even less so. The landscape is flat and sparse, hills and mountains appearing beaten down and suppressed by the heavy sheets of ice that have layered them for centuries past, when they do appear. Wildlife has no hold here, as conditions prove far too hostile to plants and animals of almost any sort to thrive, let alone live. A desert of white sand, is the Empty Space, blizzards and hail common at all times of the year. Precious few travel to the Empty Space, their business there known to none save themselves, and fewer still return from the frozen hell.

| Once a thriving village in the days of the ancients, all that is left is rotted wood and crumbling pillars. The war with the dragons left many dead on both sides, bones of humans, elves and dragons alike can be found within this area. A graveyard of what once was, and some day will be again since vengeance lives in the hearts of many.

| Esterley once stood proud as a temple for healers of all walks of life to congregate and share their knowledge. However, the once sacred place was over turned by darkness and has not been able to lift that vale. It is rumored that once a stranger wanderer steps foot upon the grounds, the city would flourish with life once more. Many disbelieve this, for it would seem to be too good to be true; most call it an urban legend.

| One of the few natural wonders in this realm to keep it's majestic beauty, Belwyn Lake has been able to withstand many plights. The shores shimmer vibrantly as grass as bright as an emerald gem, flow flawlessly against gentle breezes. The only downside to this area is that it's not too far from the Valden Academy, and often times the students are found near the waters edge looking for new victims to bully.

| | The Tavern stood before the lake, its massive black frame seeming to painted a haunted picture. It stood apart from other buildings, surrounded by a misty forest, the various windows lit. Laughter could be heard coming from the Blue Rose, a sound few could resist joining in.
